Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan includes 1 GB and never asks for payment details.
What counts toward my storage?
The files in your library count toward your plan's storage. How earlier versions and items in Trash are counted is shown on your storage page in the app, with each part listed separately.
Can I add storage without changing plans?
Yes, on Maker, Pro and Studio. Extra storage comes in 50 GB blocks at $5.99 per month each. Moving up a plan is usually the better value.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed by Stripe. CraftKeep never sees or stores your full card number, and you can manage invoices and payment methods from your account.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars per month. Any sales tax that applies to you is shown at checkout before you pay.
What happens to my files if I cancel or downgrade?
Your files stay yours. Cancellation and downgrade details, including how long you have to download everything, are shown before you confirm any change.
