CraftKeep

Your library is yours

CraftKeep is built so your designs stay private, your account stays protected and your files stay recoverable. Here is how, in plain language.

Private by default

Everything you upload is visible only to you. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.

You decide what is shared

Sharing is always a deliberate step you take on a specific design. Your library, previews and search results are checked against your permissions every time, so private stays private.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Your files are encrypted while they travel between your device and CraftKeep, and while they are stored in the cloud.

Sign-in you can trust

Your account is protected by MobieusIDP, the sign-in service from Mobieus Partners, the company behind CraftKeep.

  • No password stored by CraftKeep

You sign in through MobieusIDP, so CraftKeep never stores your password.

  • Two-step verification

Add a second step with an authenticator app, so a password alone is never enough to get into your account.

Planned

Passkeys

Sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of a password. Passkeys are planned for a future release.

Support that asks first

Sometimes the quickest fix is for someone to look at the problem with you. CraftKeep is built so that only happens on your terms.

  • Your explicit approval

Support staff can't open your files unless you approve it. Opening a support ticket does not grant access on its own.

  • Limited in scope and time

Approval covers only what the support case needs, ends automatically and can be withdrawn by you.

  • Every action recorded

Every support action is logged with who did it and when, in a tamper-evident record.

Files handled with care

From the moment you upload to the day you export, your designs are treated carefully.

Safe previews

Previews are generated in an isolated environment, and active content inside files, such as scripts in an SVG or PDF, is never run.

Versions and Trash

Replaced files keep their earlier versions, and deleted designs go to Trash first, so a mistake is easy to undo.

Payments by Stripe

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. CraftKeep never sees your full card number.

Questions

Can CraftKeep staff look at my designs?

Not without your say-so. Support staff can't open your files unless you give explicit approval for a specific, time-limited session, and every support action is recorded.

Does CraftKeep store my password?

No. You sign in through MobieusIDP, the sign-in service from Mobieus Partners, the company behind CraftKeep, so CraftKeep itself never stores your password.

Can I use a passkey?

Passkeys are planned. At launch you can protect your account with two-step verification using an authenticator app.

Is my payment card stored by CraftKeep?

No. Payments are handled by Stripe, and CraftKeep never sees your full card number.

What happens if I delete something by mistake?

Deleted designs go to Trash, where you can restore them. When you replace a file, earlier versions stay available too.
